How do communication inefficiencies impact clinician productivity? Our recent survey sheds light on the issue: 

• 86% of clinicians regularly switch between communication systems  

• 76% of clinicians struggle to identify the right person to connect with   

• 66% of clinicians receive incomplete alerts that require clarification
