Once setups are completed and your schedule is entered you have several options for communicating your schedule to your Residents and other departments.

Communication

Have you announced to all providers and staff that TigerConnect Physician Scheduling is coming?  Your Implementation Consultant has communication templates available for you to use as well as any training material needed.

Providers

• Access to the TigerConnect Scheduling App: Providers can see what rotation they are in and any daily assignments.
• If you have set up the Provider Request area Providers can request time off and swap daily assignments (see link below for details on how to setup these features)
• Access the TigerConnect Scheduling Web App:  Providers can login to the website to see their schedule and make request
• Microsite: A website that hosts view only access to your schedule 

Request a Provider Welcome Email template from your Implementation Consultant that you can use to share all this information with your providers.  The link below is a great place for providers to start.

Staff View Only Access

• With the user of the a custom Microsite you can communicate your schedules in real-time to a target audience of your choice
• You can choose to have a rotation view, month view of daily assignments, and a daily view that will show who is working right now

Work with your Implementation Consultant to design the site that will fit your needs as well as communication templates to share the site and helpful training guides.

Go Live Checklist

To make sure your schedule is ready for Go Live please review the following items on your schedule to make sure they are complete and accurate.

• Schedule(s) completed:  Are the calendar(s) you manage complete and accurate by your deadlines? 
  • Need a refresher on how to enter the schedule?  View the PDF or video below.

• Role Mapping: has it been completed and accurate? Do you have all the Roles you need?
• Download the App: The TigerConnect Physician Scheduling App is available for Schedulers. Make sure you have downloaded it and logged in.

If you have chosen to have a microsite with a daily view please review the additional items.

• Provider Protocols:  Are provider protocols completed for each provider, and the phone numbers listed in these protocols accurate?  To Review:  Go to Settings > Merged Daily > Provider Protocols.  Are they clear/correct/complete and make sense to others (including those newest  to the organization)?
