My name is Christina Schneider, Community Engagement Manager and Jack-Of-All-Trades for Senior Helpers of Northern Colorado. We adopted the TigerConnect platform in 2019 and it has been a gamechanger for communication with our caregivers and other care providers using TigerConnect. Out caregivers feel highly connected and supported by our internal office team thanks to the way we do business on TC. We utilize groups around clients for each care team so they are able to share updates and critical information around the care being provided. In an industry where these employees are a “lone wolf”, it provides a sense of togetherness that they do not typically experience. We are so thankful for this solution! And I am super happy to be here!

We have 40+ practices, three clinics, oncology with onsite chemo, PCI program with a amazing new Cath lab and a second in the works. We just started our Bariatric program. I am Kathie Clinical Analyst IT RN. I work with Allscripts Paragon EMR, 3M, Allscripts Extended Care Management, and many others to numerous to list. Tiger Connect has worked wonderfully at our facility for physician and clinician communication within our facility. Tiger Touch Plus has also been useful in communication for telehealth in our clinic.
Always encouraging to hear how others are using the Tiger Connect product and share our processes as well.

I am a neurologist who practices full time telemedicine with Specialists on Call. I am licensed in 27 states and see acute and routine neurologic cases at over 200 hospitals. I have had a longstanding believe that efficient communication is about 80% of the problem in healthcare and I love Tiger Connect. Any time I see consults I ask the staff if they are currently active users of any messaging services and particularly if they use Tiger. The ability to multitask, not rely on phone calls (you can only make one call at a time ) and to message the attending physicians or midlevels and/or nurses in the ED or the floor is a total transformation for virtual care and telemedicine. My name is Susan Publicover and I am the Business Analyst/System Manager for TigerConnect. We are a Healthcare system with over 1000 providers. We have been live since 2017. We just went live with TigerConnect Scheduling (woo hooo) for our Hospitalist and APP providers. Our Providers love TigerConnect and keep finding more ways to use it and expand it out to other is our org.

I’m Susan Buck, but I go by Susie. I work as an IT Technician II for Evergreen Health in Buffalo, NY. I have been with Evergreen for almost 8 years. Our organization is just starting to use TigerTouch+. Before that we only used TigerConnect internally to communicate with each other. We are looking forward to using the new application in June when we get everything in order.

Good Morning I’m Burt Ridge the FIO at Holy Cross Medical Center and we are a 3 year user of the TigerConnect software. I’ve been at Holy Cross for 4 years and have had the opportunity to use Tigerconnect at multiple other hospitals
Hi and thanks for the invite! St. Luke’s University Health Network consists of 12 hospitals, 300+ outpatient facilities, 200+ physician offices, 18 urgent care centers, 50+ physical therapy sites and has 16,000+ employees and 1,900+ providers. St. Luke’s School of Nursing is the nation’s oldest hospital based diploma program operating since 1884. The Temple/St. Luke’s School of Medicine has 150+ medical students.
Recently, I was called a “Tiger OG” for referencing the Tiger Text platform - we were early adopters in a few small pilot programs. At the time, we were 4 hospitals. Since, we built the first new hospital in PA in over 50 years - and then did this again x 3 more hospitals. We have one of the nations only joint venture hospitals with Geisinger Health Network (Geisinger St. Luke’s Hospital) which was built new and opened in 2019.
Through new construction and several acquisitions, SLUHN has grown with TigerConnect. We now have 12,000 active users and leverage the platform to the tune of 60,000+ messages daily. We have over 1,600 heavily utilized scheduling integrated roles which are a game changer for getting ahold of the right person at the right time.
I have been in the Network for 15 years starting as an ER nurse, becoming a Trauma/Neuro ICU manager, ED Director and then transitioned to an IT Clinical Portfolio/Strategy role. With the Covid pandemic, we had a huge opportunity to reorg and develop a new team where I now serve as the Senior Clinical Communications and Telehealth Specialist. I’m looking forward to sharing experience and learning from other members of the community!
