The Provider Request Area is an optional function in TigerConnect Scheduling. These features allow you to keep track of all your providers time off requests, total days off and allows providers to swap assignments. The day off function also works with the Resident Scheduling feature. Days off are visible in the Block Scheduling screen and will give the scheduler notice when a provider is off when assigning a Daily Template to a Rotation.
Follow the steps below to set up this function for your schedule. The “For Providers” section has information for you to share with your providers on submitting requests.
