All of the setups that have been completed for your current annual schedule can be used again in following years with the use of our Rollover Feature for Annual Schedules.
This feature will:
- Move Resident to the next Staffing level
- Copies the Annual Schedule’s:
- Block Sets
- Rotations and any Staff Requirements
- Tallies
- Daily Assignment Templates

To create your schedule for next year by using this feature go to:
Settings > Setup Information > Block Schedule > Select the Rollover button next to the Annual Schedule you wish to copy.
