Contact your internal IT department for assistance!SUMMARY: To reap the benefits of the feature upgrades which improve the user experience for TigerConnect customers, users must be on the most current versions of both the mobile and desktop applications. When TigerConnect attempts to roll-out feature upgrades, often an older version of the app cannot support it and may cause the application to not work at all.In addition, the continued use of old or obsolete versions of operating systems or applications exposes your organization’s computers and mobile devices to various security threats, which could compromise access to PHI data. We recommend that application updates become a regular component of maintenance and are reviewed every 6-weeks. Apple and Android systems are updated regularly which can impact performance of the TigerConnect app.The most current
